[Rejected] Pming about main site submissions

When I submit something on the main site and it gets declined, I get a PM. If the qc accepts it, they don't bother PMing me. It would be a lot better if the qc PMed me on what they decide to do with my submission either way, please.

Hopefully on MFGG3, you'll get an alert for any staff action on your submission but right now our hands are tied due to the difficulty of customizing Taloncrossing CMS.

QC would have to manually PM everyone, and that's just not realistic.
