REJECTED Blocking Users

I think a blocking feature would work very well for this forum. Basically if you were to be blocked by someone and you were to try viewing their profile, or read one of their topics, this would appear:


This would also appear if you tried to send the person who blocked you a PM:


This is where the block button would be if you wanted to block somebody:

That's basically what the "Ignore List" is for.

It doesn't make much sense to block someone from viewing your profile, since even unregistered users can do that.

You can add a member to your ignore list and achieve similar functionality yeah.

It'd be great if more strict blocking was a feature. Ignore is great in many cases, but sometimes you want a block.
