That is the look of contemplation one gets when they discover that the milk they poured into their cereal has gone a bit off, yet the sweetness of the cereal counteracts the bitterness of the spoilt milk. "Why contemplation?" You may ask. Because you can hardly taste the milk due to the sugar.
