It would be cool if game pages on the mainsite included compatibility information. A game page might have a field that says something like "This game works on PCs running Windows 7 or later" or "This game does not work in 64-bit operating systems" or "This 3-D game is resource-intensive and won't work well if you have an integrated graphics card or less than x gigabytes of RAM."

One big challenge with adding compatibility information is such information would have to be provided by the community, and it would be hard to verify that user-submitted compatibility reports are accurate.

I'm not sure if this would be feasible, but I'd like to put this here in case anyone thinks of a good way to implement it.

On one hand, it would be good because it would reduce problems with people saying that the game doesn't work on their device; on the other hand, some developers might not know the requirements for the games to run properly, either due to inexperience or other related reasons, but overall, it helps more than it hinders.
new in the web, but not in the Mario fan´s universe
