Hey all, here's a random noob question. I haven't played with 3D modeling since 2008.

How can I properly import this model (https://www.models-resource.com/3ds/poke...del/13115/) into Blender? I've tried an FBX and DAE import and I get a silver untextured model both times, so I guess it's not properly resolving the textures? Or should I use a different program?

Sadly whatever I knew about Blender before is long lost.

I don't have a particular end-goal for this. I just want to sort of explore and poke at the model. And I feel like a damn kitten.

I ended up figuring this out. The model did import correctly with textures (mostly). Blender just doesn't show them by default and I had to set my viewport to show materials.

See, stupid noob problems.
