Not sure I understand the question. Most games have their challenges and I'm sure there's plenty I found too difficult to complete for various reasons: too difficult for me to stay interested, too difficult for my hands to move the right way, too difficult for my brain to figure out where to go next, etc. I don't think there's anything I could say is number one above everything else.
Elyk's example of Tetris is great, because while I think I'm decent enough at Tetris and usually "beat" it, endless mode goes on forever and I've never been able to have a game last forever.
