I was looking around in The Vault and I noticed that one of the forums in it was not locked, but even though it wasn't locked it still could not be posted in. Is this a result of The Vault as a whole being locked, or are users somehow glitched and unable to post there when they actually can, but are just restricted for an unknown reason?
