How were you in school?

i made the honor roll in high school because i did OK in some weighted courses. i floundered through college until the last few semesters, when i started giving a crap and made As and Bs. i made Bs and Cs before, but if i could do it again i'd have pulled a vinny and fought to get As.

people say that smart people do well in school... well, that might be true, but i think what's more important is a work ethic. it was one thing to know stuff, but it was quite another to do the work.
