Once again, I have returned to this fangaming galaxy. It makes for a very convenient sanctuary, a word which here means, "place to hide safely from any authorities that may be pursuing me."
While there are not many situations that are quite as tragic as that of the Baudelaire children, looking into the story of this Mario character, and the history of the Mushroom Kingdom, leads me to believe that perhaps, for once, things could really be much worse for the children. For as clever as the Baudelaire children are, the strange world I have just witnessed would surely give them even more trouble. I feel obligated to warn anyone wishing to partake in any of the many games starring Mario and his friends that to do so is to court with stories featuring some of the most vile aspects of humanity. The Mushroom Kingdom is rife with kidnapping, war between nations, wildfires, dark magic, ancient evils, broken economies, and moustaches. If you are looking for a more uplifting story, perhaps the video game adaptation of The Littlest Elf would be more to your liking.
