So maybe don't tell people not to dispute other members' bans especially after such a problematic example for why they should is still unresolved.
The minute Cruise admitted that he banned without investigating the issue and Diantha confirmed that Stir wasn't responsible for her disappearance, Stir should not have been banned anymore.
This stuff about "oh we need time to discuss it and we just lost all our staff" shouldn't even be a concern. The ban was wrong and letting Vinny try to force some retroactive ban is even worse.
A week to unban someone who shouldn't have been banned is way too long.
