You're forgetting that they're still working on that Mario Kart Tour game; it's just that it's been a while since we've heard any new developments regarding that upcoming installment. They did give brief mention about it earlier this year saying the game is still coming, but it wasn't ready to be presented yet. I do hope it gets better reception as compared to Super Mario Run though.

True, but I don't expect much from this installment, except the fact that I'm able to play it on a universal mobile device. It's really just another Mario Kart 8 glorified for the iPhone and Android based on my initial personal perspective, but I'll certainly consider giving it a try though. Though like I said, I really don't expect much from this game. Though I do certainly also hope that that game gets better reception than Mario Run, like you've mentioned.
