how you can visit youtube in China, every Google site in the world is banned in China, because I think some people try to search NSFW content (e.g. pornography), so they banned the search engine it in 2010, but China did not only ban Google but also banned Facebook, Twitter, Porn sites, etc.
however, The only location in China to don't ban Google is Hong Kong
