Somebody probably recognizes this. I made a vertical slice a few years ago. I hated it, and I couldn't figure out how to improve it at the time.
This weekend and this morning I fixed up some game breaking bugs, and some graphical issues. I suspect there could be problems running it in full-screen at 4k, but I haven't actually tested that.
I think it's got a handful of interesting ideas, so I'm putting it out there now.
