So what's not allowed?, like what kind of sounds are allowed, would nes,gba or snes sounds be allowed?, and what about image transformations such as scaling and rotation?.

Like I said before, if a Game Boy game did it, you CAN do it. NES and SNES sounds are allowed despite the Game Boy not being able to do SNES sounds.
