I'm not too sure if that's USPS but shipping to Europe, Asia, and Oceania are generally cheaper than central/south America. Then of course you have to worry about customs invoices and potential customs tax and fees. (Source: one of my job does a lot of shipping.)

Perhaps one day I can pay for a comission.
