I finished it and generally enjoyed myself. Nintendo games are rarely truly bad, so most complaints are going to be in comparison to the previous games. It's New Super Mario Bros. again, but this time they didn't even change the music.
I did not like the coin gimmick. It felt like they're trying to appeal to impatient children, like they'll get bored if they're not winning at every second.
