Having a public warn and ban log might have some risks, but it's worth it considering how tainted the community and staff relations are.

That's arguable. The current staff in my eyes is doing better when it comes to both transparency and making important changes.

Nah, people on MFGG would joke about it innocently. There really wasn't ever any malicious shaming from what I remember.

The community has changed a lot over the years though.
