Permanently ban Stir, his behavior has gone far enough.

Looking at both Stir's recent and past behavior, I've come to the conclusion that we should permanently ban him due him still being very abusive to the staff and other members.

At this point, I don't really know if anything he is saying is true or not, like the evidence about Vinny supposedly calling him a "slur", which is something that somebody had probably debunked.

Still, he still caused conflicts even though he has been warned many times by the staff, and I'm surprised that you guys still give him another chance, even though he never learns from what he has done.
