Do the best that you can to communicate with others. Sometimes it can be difficult, but explaining why you're commenting or expressing how you feel about something helps.
It's ok for others not to understand, just allow yourself to collect your thoughts and remove yourself from frustrating situations.
And if someone doesn't drop an issue and you've tried your best to explain something to the best of your ability, just ignore them.
Remember to be kind to others, remember to think about what you're saying before commenting. Is this hurtful to others, is this necessary, can I contribute to the conversation?
We all can become heated, we say things out of anger easily, but are you adult enough to apologize and to own up to your own actions?
Have adult conversations, don't belittle, don't harass, don't bully others because of ego.
Just remember, you're also in charge of how you want others to treat and respect you. Take initiative and you'll have better relationships with people.
