I actually started this project at the end of 2016. I tried to build my own video games after graduating from college in 2003 but I didn't succeed because I tried to aim too high (making a RPG requiring very advanced AI) and because I didn't have the right tools (Direct X: I am actually using the deprecated DirectDraw library). In 2010, I made a successful, if primitive, run and gun game. I then made a rip off of Kirby that was, again, too complicated. In 2015, I made a successful port of Bubble Bobble using this framework. Now, I am making a Super Mario video game.
