spriters resource hosts it
ive looked into rescuing this site a time or two:

but when i discovered that tSR / tVGR was hosting it i realized it was in much better hands than i could ever give it
and this still holds true! it was a custom coded php site that was around when i STARTED. it must be well over 15 years old. im beyond shocked it still worked recently. tcsms does not work on any version of php7
the solution to this is not simple. spin up a server that runs like php 5.4 lmfao. its such a shame to see it disappear
