Toads can be two things:
1. Humanoid creatures with a culture that revolves around mushrooms, so they build houses and wear clothes that resemble mushrooms.
2. Sentient, talking and walking mushrooms. Meaning some of them could be edible. Who knows what they taste like? Toad
