No one's said "this thing is canceled" outright, but Guinea's last post makes it sound unlikely that he'd be able to revive this. From what I've heard, Mors has a lot on his plate, and he too has had a hard time making heads or tails out of Midas Machine's infrastructure. While there are plenty of people who have found ways to get GM 8 working, Ogmo is a major stumbling block.
There's a strong possibility that the existing demo (which does give you quite a bit to do) will be all we get. But who knows. I'd absolutely love to see someone finish this - we all would.
