Well, Mario Editor sorta has those too, although online levels have to be downloaded from the website. I don't remember if you actually start with 100 lives, but I remember there's a mode where you play a bunch of levels one after another (much like 100 Mario Challenge). As long as it doesn't look too similar to Super Mario Maker, you should be good.
