Technically, it's possible to remove the e-mail address from an old account so you could reuse it for a new account.
But really, it's better just to keep your existing account and give it a shiny new name, a new avatar, and a new 'tude.
I know you might've made a few silly or immature posts back in the day, but nobody's going to hold that against you forever. You were young and you've changed - I trust for the better! We've had members who were far worse - even a few who got banned for a while - go on to become staff members or make some very popular games.
