WIP Make the forums active again

I'm honestly amazed on how the Sonic Retro forums are one of the most active places for discussion on the Sonic series and has no signs of slowing down considering the whole "people are more into things like Discord or IRC" compared to the Mario Fan Games Galaxy (Sonic Retro's forums have new posts and replies in every couple of minutes).

So, I'm not sure if that argument really holds up...?

Yes, I am aware that I have about 6 or so fangame projects currently in development at the same time. And yes, I am also aware that all of this is very ambitious.
