I also don't get where this language barrier thing is coming from. I mean both the first site and the first post are written in English without a lot of mistakes. During my very first years on this site (around 2010 and 2011) I couldn't even make a proper sentence in English, but I was still well aware of the concepts of "giving credit", "using stuff with permission" etc and can understand a lot of written English stuff, because understanding a language is far far easier than speaking it.
