Lmao, they put cool graphics in it and in-app purchases and they call it HD.
I agree with Pedigree, this actually seems very sketchy. I wouldn't recommend downloading games with the APK system.
Edit: I remember back in the day when that "fangame" was exploding in the internet and Youtubers would clickbait other people with it. Huh, bad times.
