The only personality traits I can think of for Mario is that he's heroic, and somewhat prone to jumping head first into a situation without really thinking about it. However, the latter's really only notable in the RPG games.
The sports games and that one interview for Sports Mix also make him out to be an egotist, but again, it's pretty reserved compared to Wario.
Otherwise, Mario's personality is the one the player gives him. This is especially true in Paper Mario and the Thousand-Year Door where Mario can be a massive tool throughout the game if you want him to be, but that's only because the player's choosing to make him as such.
But Luigi's scared of ghosts; no matter how you play Luigi's Mansion, having a ghost pop up in front of him will freak him the heck out. Luigi's personality is described much much more through his animations, voices, and reactions.

Falcon Punch is the result of the Sun heating fists. It drives the Blue Falcon. Heating causes destruction of water into the pain, where it then hurts, creating rain. Rain creates flowing water in tears, which can then be converted into other forms through more pain.
