World 5 Mount Piper (Mountain/Pipe)
World 6 Snowy Place (Snow/Ice)
World 7 The Nice World of Clouds (Sky)
World 8 Valley Of Bowser (Dark/Lava)
World 9 Star Temple (Bouns)

3 New Optional Worlds

World A Wooded Island (Wood)
World B Blue Forest (Forest)
World C Bowser Base (Factory)

The 3 New Optional Worlds only has 5 levels or 4 levels
