Okay, so Yoshin & Company discovered that you have to use a version of the url with a timestamp... like so:
Specifically, the "&t=1s" part at the end there.
As you can see, this produces a video (warning, might be loud):
Unfortunately Google screws around with the YouTube api all the time, so even if we fix it so that you don't have to do this... it will probably break again.
