It depends on what games you like. My brother played the PS3 a lot more than I did so I don't know of many ps3 games. Some of the games I liked were Little Big Planet, Bioshock, Fallout, God of War 1&2, Resistance, Infamous, GTA 5, and Call of Duty. Im probably forgetting some but those are the ones I remember playing most.
The games on ps3 seem to target an older audience than Nintendo does. Nintendo is much more family friendly. That's not to say there are no good family friendly games on ps3 - little big planet is one of my favorite games and it's very family friendly - but the overall audience of ps3 is an older one.
Wii is good too even though i hate the controllers. My favorite Wii games are Mario Galaxy, Zelda Skyward Sword (and Twilight Princess though it's better on the GC), and Smash Bros.
I never played much Xbox. I played halo at a friends house and that's about it.
If I had to pick one I'd probably go with ps3. While it's hard for me to say I'd trade my Wii for a ps3, that's really only because I use my Wii to play gamecube games. The only Wii games id be sorry to lose are mario galaxy and Zelda Skyward Sword.
