Alright, so going by these off order, the Toad drawing you made looks like he's stumbling but it could be a bit clearer. Maybe exaggerate the pose more. The reflections in your Luigi drawing look odd as they don't seem to actually go off any light source. It'd look better if you just used the flashlight as a single dramatic lightsource. The proportions on Luigi also look odd as his head is bigger than the rest of his body while the arms look long enough to reach the floor. Your Mario drawing has similar issues as that kind of specular lighting doesn't really work. It makes Mario and his clothes look shiny. There's also some perspective issues concerning Mario's head and hat, the 3/4th perspective doesn't really work with the brim. Lastly your Yoshi drawing has some weird proportions going on, the arms look limp and his head doesn't look quite right.
I have to say that none of these drawings are boring though. The poses are good, they're clear and readable and make good use of silhouettes and negative space. I think out of all of these the shading and proportions on the Toad looks best. I'd try making the shading on that one a bit more clear by giving it more contrast and making it darker to make it pop more. If you want me to get more specific I could draw some quick sketches to show what I mean.
