One thing I've seen in an awards event in another forum, is a "Best Staff Member" award. I know, not everyone is applicable for this award, but it could be worth giving it a try. It might not need nominations, either, so it's an easy go-for-it.

I felt like that this is not a good idea but what about an award of “Most absurd MFGG game of the year” for craziness and/or just simply bad that it's good.
