Staff promotions

[Q-Nova]

So, the staff have been saying that there will be a staff restructure at some point for quite a while, which is likely to take... quite a while until it gets finalized. As the local Person-Who-Notices-Everything, though, I've noticed some promotions that might be interesting to point out for those who are waiting, even if they may not be finalized. Here's what I noticed:

• Gatete is now promoted to be part of the Quality Control.
  
• Fun with Despair now has an administrator badge.
  

Hopefully the staff doesn't mind if I use my noticing skills, haha.
