Taken from the old forums. This thread is for W.I.P (Work in progress) art and sprites, as well as for sprites that don't need their own thread.

Stuff moreso related to games in development should go here though. What constitutes as this is a mystery, so I'll let you decide if it goes there or here.

costumes for odyssey2D. the SMB3 one is replacing the SM64 one (and instead of metal mario there'll be racoon mario, with all the original abilities!

I'm currently working on a custom Mario. I don't think it's horrible, but the body looks pretty hecked up. Need some feedback. (Also, the attachment isn't working for me in the preview, but it may just be connection problems; if you can't see it, let me know)

Or should I scrap it and start from scratch?

it looks good, it could use a bit of refining, but i'd like to see this in a spritesheet.

Well, attachments still aren't showing for me so I'm just uploading the image to Dropbox. Again, feedback is needed.

Also, GamerInGeorgia, I generally like that style but I think that Mario's pose is a bit strange. His chest seems very puffed out and it just looks a bit unnatural.

Also, which Mario is better? Column 1 or 2? (The difference is that the right eye is moved slightly to the right in column 2.)
Row 1 (smaller hat)? Or row 2 (bigger hat)?
There's also a pose of Mario with his head turned to face the camera.
