Then days after this there were rules against posting stuff from the gigaleak on the site, forums and discord citing concerns that it may cause the community legal issues with Nintendo.

The gigaleak is much too widespread at this point for MFGG in particular to worry about any sort of legal retaliation. Why would Nintendo decide to shut down, C&D or sue a website for merely discussing the leak when there are much bigger fish to fry?

it was funny because many people say no in a row and i laugh hoo ha

it was never a personal insult and the funny part doesnt even stem from the gigaleak, its just the amount of people saying the same thing. if anything its funnier in hindsight because we had to change server rules later
