How do you feel about this highly visible musical personality?

I think it's cool that she writes most of her own music, and she's certainly done a good job of remaining popular as the eras change. I don't think she's truly the best musician in the history of humanity or anything, though.

I don't really have any opinions on her. I don't understand the hype, I don't get the hate either. As you said, though, keeping the career going this long is something noteworthy, at least.
