So... it's been a month since this has had any activity. Apparently a lot of the previous iso collabs have had this problem, where it loses steam partway through because the initial plan was too big (see the 3D World one on the MFGG wiki to see what I mean). Instead of letting sit unfinished forever, or outright cancelling it, I have a proposal: we remove the bottom layer of the pyramid, and relocate the finished tiles to other parts. This will significantly reduce the tiles needed to finish this, and motivate some of us to finish the last few tiles. If removing the bottom layer takes too much away, we can find some other way to compact it. I believe that we all want this to be finished, but I don't believe that it will happen the way things are currently.

Alright, removing the bottom layer and relocating the tiles there does work, but it requires flipping the ones by Phantom. Here is one possible way to do that:

What do you think? It will require editing a few tiles to make sure other ones aren't obscured, but I think it will work. I could give an attempt to do it, but I don't think that I have the image editing skills to do it in a reasonable amount of time.
