I could go over Game Boy, Sega games, classic arcade games, Atari, N64 and so many other "classic" consoles. But I am going to keep it to the most important classic Nintendo consoles for me. I don't have any recommendations right now, but snesdrunk is a great YouTube channel for finding interesting games to play.

A good list! A few suggestions:

Civilization: Good SNES port of a classic strategy game; will keep you playing a long time if you get hooked on it
Dragon Quest V: Great RPG with a strong story, a memorable soundtrack, and a unique Pokemon-like party system
Dragon Quest VI: Another good entry in the series
F1 ROC: Race of Champions: A pretty solid Formula One game (especially if you use my guide!)
F1 ROC II: Race of Champions: A good racing game that's basically half F-Zero and half F-1
F-Zero: I need to play this some more
Ken Griffey Jr.'s Winning Run: I saw you didn't have any baseball games on the list, so here's one
Kirby Super Star: One of the best-loved Kirby games - I was surprised your guide lacked this one
Kirby's Dream Land 3: Another Kirby game and one of the best Super NES games of the N64 era
Liberty or Death: A complicated American Revolution strategy game; probably not your cup of tea, but I'm pointing it out because it's an interesting and obscure game
NHL '98: If you're looking for a hockey game, NHL '98 and '97 are good choices
Scooby-Doo Mystery: I've always been on the fence about whether this is a fun game or a so-so one, but my 6-year-old self was excited about it
Seiken Densetsu 3: A sequel to Secret of Mana that might be even better
Course clear! You got a card.

Super Nintendo is my favorite console, balanced with great graphics and music. Like in the last thread, you forgot to add these games here:

Biker Mice from Mars
Bugs Bunny in Rabbit Rampage
Choplifter III
Daze Before Christmas
Goof Troop
International Superstar Soccer
International Superstar Soccer Deluxe
Kid Klown in Crazy Chase
Lamborghini American Challenge
Rock n' Roll Racing
Side Pocket
Sunset Riders
Super Battletank
Super Battletank 2
Super Buster Bros.
Super Punch-Out!!

And as a bonus, the most infamous game of all: Hong Kong 97
Signature reserved for future use

@VinnyVideo as always, thank you so much for your suggestions, it seems like I missed a few. Civilization I thought was on there, and of course Kirby, I knew someone would recommend F-Zero

@Louis Paul thank you very much, Goof Troop and Sunset Riders seem to be classic additions

To all, I may or may not minimize the lists as time goes on, but the additions are excellent

@NowhereMan You're right - you had it listed as "Sid Meier's Civilization", while I called it "Civilization". Two names for the same thing, just one with a higher dosage of Sid Meier.

Yesterday was a long day.

I'm glad you've found our suggestions to be helpful so far. The Super NES is still my favorite game system, so I'm more than happy to debate the best SNES games and suggest cool stuff for you to try!

Good catch. The Super Nintendo is....

When I put all the games, that's a lot of games, the SNES doesn't seem as significant as when, maybe, I just put the best games of all-time on there from the SNES.

Super Mario World
Super Mario All-Stars
Yoshi's Island
Donkey Kong Country

+ all of the amazing RPG games, which are often hidden or unknown, for example, the game Soul Blazer (and probably like Chrono Trigger), I consider that a prime RPG game. So to implement the SNES (say I buy a Flintstones game from an old/classic videogame shop, and I am not into it, that's normal), but those platform games I listed, beyond the original Super Mario Bros. set the standard for years and years to come (The Nintendo DS to now 2D platformers on the Switch). Also considering this is a Mario fangame website, it is undeniable how important the SNES actually is.
