MFGG Celebrates its 25th Anniversary!

Hey everyone, July 9 marks 25 years of MFGG! Not very many websites make it this far. Not even YouTube has been around for that long! (If you count Bowser Technologies, this place is even older.)

I gotta be honest, I put most of my mental energy into the mainsite update, and it's getting late for me (it's still the 8th where I'm at). I don't really have much to say that I haven't already said elsewhere. But something like needs deserves it's own special forum announcement, so here we are! 

Let's continue to make MFGG a shining bastion of Mario fan games!

Imagine if, not Nintendo, never ceasing the website or community down, as it is actually an asset, a creative asset of Nintendo, drawing inspiration both back and forth from fans to corporate gameplay and development. Nintendo draws inspiration from MFGG, as MFGG draws from Nintendo. The domain of classic Mario is wide open.

Happy birthday MFGG!!! Im so glad to have been in this community and found awesome people to hang out with   even if i... wast the brightest starting out  its been an amazing ride and i'm looking forward to all the cool fangames, graphics, audios & more coming in the future!! this community has impacted me SO positively and helped me look into creating my own games (though it's... likely going to be A Lot Longer before i end up releasing one, heheh....). Nevertheless!! Thanks for being so fun and so cool to join!! Cheers!
