Fleece hats

I guess this a fun art-thing to share.

A year ago at MAGFest I bought myself a fleece Bulbasaur hat. I really liked wearing it, and bought a few more this year. But the vendor I liked was going out of business, so I decided to try making a few of my own. Here's how they've turned out.

There's still a few more I want to make. Wanting a Scyther hat was my original motivation, but I'll need to design a new crown pattern for it.

It's Minun! My friend's favorite pokemon. Feel slightly guilty that I don't have a matching Plusle to go with it.

Literally everyone that I showed Minun to that knew what it was, asked if there was a Plusle too. So together at last, I guess.

June's Pokemon Go Community Day is Larvitar. So Larvitar hat it is.
I skipped the ear-flap pattern to make it a bit more bearable for summer wearing, and it probably sped up construction time 2x.
OTOH it's also the most complicated flock work I've done for the eyes.

Generic animal this time, a cute shark. A bit challenging to attach the tail, which covers both parts of the hat.
