As Vinny said, there is such a badge already, but for submitting games (or being GamerInGeorgia and rolling your dice with Vinny's power abuse). Submitting games shows your capabilities as a programmer. Maybe if you change your name to OstrichProgrammer101 you could get a Super Programming Badge!
