REJECTED (Rejected) Promotion and Demotion Bars

If a member fills up this bar they will be promoted
here's how they can do so:
Earning badges
Posting a new thread
People voting in their threads
Getting their posts 1-up'd
1-uping other's posts

The ranking system is:
Member (Promotion Level 1)
Moderator (Promotion Level 2)
Tech Administrator (Promotion Level 3)
Administrator (Promotion Level 4)

If a person breaks the rules they lose one quarter of their bar
eventually being demoted if it gets to the bottom
When demoted:
Members are suspended l
Moderators, Tech admins, and Admins are demoted

However Administrators already here, Retriever 2, The social Media manager, The secutiry Ninja, and Thunder Dragon can't be demoted.

This isn't going to happen. While we expect new staff members to be active in the community, being active on the forums doesn't necessarily mean you'd be a good staff member.
