it's a game i'd love to get a hold of if i ever bought a 32x. it's my pick for the best game for the system, but i'm not familiar with the complete oeuvre of the 32x.

My opinion/review: The graphics are very well done, though i'm not a fan of the palette. The soundtrack can be described as perfect and enjoyable. Level design is pretty good, at times i get lost but doesn't matter that much for me. HOWEVER, gameplay is... not too enjoyable, the physics are so floaty and slow and the spindash doesn't do anything, having a partner with you mostly acts so weird. but! special stage is my third favorite followed by CD and Mania.
In conclusion: I love this game a lot, but i hate playing it.

An average game that I've never bothered to play much of. I really dislike how it feels with the connected rings. It has quite nice music but even being a 32bit system it couldn't live up to the kind of sound you got from the Super Nintendo.

I think it's a pretty fair game for both characters to play in one controller. But, I am a little bit tight on the mechanics and physics for the way of how the game is being played. Yet, still moderate and fun!
