It's been over a month since the last pixel art competition, so I thought I'd try something a little different to spice things up.
Theme: The Ultimate Team Up

The final roster has been revealed (minus DLC)! There are so many characters available, picking just one to do fanart of may be a daunting task. So, your task is to do a 200 pixel by 200 pixel piece of two fighters working or posing together. However, there is a twist! This is a cooperative Pixel Art Competition. Here are the details of each stage:
Stage 1: Sketch
Sketch a 200px x 200px scene of two confirmed fighters working or posing together and then submit it to the thread. Try not to make it too detailed, but make sure you've got clear characters and poses for your fellow pixel artist to work with. Sketches will be due by midnight on Monday, November 5th.
Stage 2: Swap
I will randomly select a sketch and assign it to you in PM to finish as pixel art with color and shading. Backgrounds may be a nice addition but are not required. Submit the finished product to the thread. Each person will do their own sketch and finish someone else's piece, so an even amount of participants is key. The finished piece will be due by midnight on Monday, November 12th,
Stage 3: Voting
Details on voting will be announced after the pieces have been turned in. However, both the sketch artist and the pixel artist of the winning pieces will get credit for any badges awarded.
Note: As a winner of the previous competition, Cruise Elroy will still have the honor to select the next Pixel Art Competition after this one has been concluded. This competition may be a one-off experiment. If it's successful, though, perhaps there will be more!
