Unban Drei

Not only was the catalyst a jump to conclusions that staff acknowledges as a mistake but the conversation used to ban him took place outside of MFGG.

Keeping him permabanned from everything for days after acknowledging that banning him in the first place for that was a mistake is pretty lame.

As we stated before on Discord we will be re-discussing his whole situation. Since we have been quite busy with stuff like Christmas, staff resignations, talks of a new Discord server and getting new staff members etc we haven't got time to properly talk about it and come to a final conclusion. I'll update you guys about it when it happens.

As of tomorrow, he will have been banned a full week for something he should not have been banned for... and not just from Discord but every MFGG platform.

This is not okay, holidays or no holidays.

If it's unfair that he's been banned for something he shouldn't have been banned for, then why can't yall just revoke the ban??

Anyway let's get serious here for a second, I think we can all admit the admins have been a bit hasty with decisions in the past, and that's why I think we should personally invite every banned member (and I mean personally, like we send a film crew to their house and have Thunder Dragon knock on their door with a giant novelty gift card to Arby's) back to the forum with free admin status (normally it requires proof of a double digit SAT score to even be considered). If we take these steps then I believe the Mario Fan Game Galaxy can truly succeed.

The key points:

1. there's no reason to keep the ban when the ban in the first place was a mistake
2. he's been banned for a full week as of tomorrow I think he gets the message that you guys are gonna kick him out forever next time he fucks up

Also, if the ban happened outside of MFGG, then isn't that technically breaking the rules that the staff made?
It seems like they're trying to break the rules they made up to ban a guy they don't agree with.
