A few days ago, I finally beat Twilight Princess! It only took me 15 years.

I never procrastinate on things. Never.

Overall, Twilight Princess was fun! Gameplay was excellent. I had a few issues with the story, but the characters were cool. Graphics were interesting but maybe haven't aged as well as, say, Wind Waker's. And the soundtrack was great stuff, of course.

I loved the soundtrack! The graphics are also very interesting. What they were attempting was really awesome, but I don't think it was pulled off in the best way. I'd like to see a similar style happen again with modern capabilities.

I agree the story has some weird issues and in terms of gameplay I could definitely have done without the wolf, but it's a very good game overall.

Twilight Princess is excellent. I have a lot of nostalgia for it, even though it's not my favorite or even second favorite zelda game. It was my first game on the wii that christmas, and it got me back into the zelda franchise. It took me around 5 months to beat, one month was spent entirely on the Mountain Peak Ruin I kid you not (I was like 13 😂) but it felt so good when i finally did. Twilight Princess has some of my favorite dungeons in the series - Arbiter's Grounds, Temple of Time, and City in the Sky are all excellent, and I even enjoy the Zora Temple quite a bit.

Nice! I love Twilight Princess. It's one of my favorite 3D Zelda games. I first played the Wii version on Christmas Day in 2006 when I was 15 years old and beat it around a week later on January 1st, 2007. The graphics and artstyle are really good for a GameCube game. Also the music, exploration and dungeon design is absolutely fantastic.

@Evil Yoshi Toes Yeah, it would be cool to see a future Zelda game that hearkened back to Twilight Princess's style while giving it a modern level of smoothness and detail.

@smbmaster99 Five months isn't so bad - it only took me 15 years! Though I spent about two months on the current save file - I didn't want to rush through it. I actually liked the Lakebed Temple - it kind of feels like what the OoT Water Temple should've been.

@GeneralGuy I really enjoyed all of the dungeons in the game - each one was interesting in its own way. (My current playthrough made me think about the 2006-2007 era as well!)
