I beat Final Fantasy VII

Yes, this game existed for a quarter-century without me ever finishing it! I'd never even played it until 2016 - I got pretty far into it in late 2016/early 2017, but then grad school got crazy and I had to take a multi-year break. This weekend I went back and beat that crazy silver-haired dude who repeatedly blows up the solar system!

FF7 isn't quite my favorite game of all time, but it was definitely a fun experience.

Dang, you reminded me I ought to finish it one day.

I'm still pretty early in, just got through Cloud explaining how Sephiroth discovered his origins. My favorite character so far is Aerith, I hope she sticks around.

I personally think FFXIV's story is better than FFVII's. You can try it too.
