I'll make different

@chaoxys: I imagine that boss spiting enemies from your mouth, and you can use them against him.

@bigpotato: That metallic monster shots small and big bullets, but you need to hit the white circle on his front to hurt him.

@HansAgain: that heavy guy have a power of shot big balls and shake the ground with your weight.

@kumuhmuh: I imagine they attacking in turns, like the sun and.moon from Kirby.

@Shouty: I don't know that enemy, but its a very good work that you did!

All of these entries are amazing and really creative, but I have to give my vote to HansAgain. His design looks like something that I could totally see appearing in an official game, the others do too, but his really hits that sweet spot for me.
